Zak Senior collects the following data:

• Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc) for when an initial enquiry is made. 

• We may also collect a potential shoot date and location(s) if supplied in the enquiry, but this is not mandatory.

Zak Senior collects your data so that we can:

• Reply to your enquiry, to supply a quote and indication of availability.

• To continue communication throughout the project once a contract has been signed. 

• Senior Films makes use of photography management software Studio Ninja (GDPR compliant) to send and receive contracts and invoices. We only process the necessary data in order to complete the contact.

Senior Films securely stores your email, name and other personal information passed across through communications relating to the project, through Google mailing services. You can review Google's privacy policy here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Senior Films will keep your data relating to the project and/or enquiry for 6 months. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data electronically.
